We provide our employees with an effective and efficient 5-phase training program that enables you to have the information and certifications necessary to thrive in your position. This program includes new employee induction, on-the-job training, core training, quarterly site training, and CPO training. Our additional training programs are unique to each position and location in order to help employees understand the purpose, responsibilities, and expectations of their role.
We are keen to look for candidate with the following:

• Valid security licence
• Valid Working with Children’s Card
• White (OHS) Card

Spartan Security also offer a unique promotion system that allows security officers to earn a ranking system within their uniform division and receive additional allowances for the title and rank held within the service.
Our Criteria to be promoted includes:

• Minimum 12 months service
• No customer complaints
• No supervisor write-ups
• Appearance cleared
• Attendance must be excellent
